Standard shipping: Please allow 4-5 business days after dispatch for orders to arrive domestically (5-6 for WA and regional).
Domestic express post items should arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
** Please note that Express shipping covers delivery time from our warehouse to you and cannot speed up advised dispatch time on back order items.

By placing an order with Genevieve's wardrobe you accept any customs duties that may occur. We are unable to control any potential charges as each country has individual law regarding imports. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure about charges that may affect you.

Packages without a returns slip cannot be refunded as we cannot identify the customer.
Please make a return within 14 days of receipt.
Garments must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customers (unless the wrong item was shipped)
Ensure that addresses are correct as we are not responsible for lost packages

For health and hygiene considerations, we will not accept returns of underwear (bottoms) unless faulty. Please ensure your purchase is correct when ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our Brands size guide or email us.
Swimwear and adhesive bras with removed hygiene stickers will not be accepted for returns. Please do still try swimwear and underwear on over your own underwear.
Gift cards are unable to be returned.
If you wish to make an exchange, please email us so we can ensure the requested exchange size is available and we'll send it out once your return is received.
