RETURNS

We want to make your online shopping experience with Genevieve's Wardrobe as easy and pleasant as possible. 
If you are unhappy with your purchase, no problem!
Simply email at us at info@genevieveswardrobe.com.au for a Return Slip or to see what we can do for you.  
Packages without a returns slip cannot be refunded as we cannot identify the customer.

Return conditions:

  • • Please make a return within 14 days of receipt.
  • • Garments must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • • Return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customers (unless the wrong item was shipped)
  • • Ensure that addresses are correct as we are not responsible for lost packages
  • • Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded

Return exceptions:

  • • For health and hygiene considerations, we will not accept returns of underwear (bottoms) unless faulty. Please ensure your purchase is correct when ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our Brands size guide or email us.
  • • Swimwear and adhesive bras with removed hygiene stickers will not be accepted for returns. Please do still try swimwear and underwear on over your own underwear.
  • • Gift cards are unable to be returned.

Exchanges:

If you wish to make an exchange, please email us so we can ensure the requested exchange size is available and we'll send it out once your return is received.
