How will my order be packaged?

Genevieve's Wardrobe orders are packaged in plain or Auspost branded packaging. Items inside are lovingly wrapped in tissue.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of package as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all labels attached. As we are a lingerie retailer, hygiene is of highest importance. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of any underwear unless faulty so please choose carefully. We also cannot accept returns of swimwear without the original hygiene sticker attached.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards. You can also use your Paypal account, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Android Pay.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for the values of $25, $50, $75 and $100 AUD. The voucher will be sent via email and contains instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

I have a product suggestion or request

We always want to provide you with the best quality products and most importantly, products you actually want! If you have feedback on a particular item or would like to see something we don't have, please fill out the form to the right or email us at info@genevieveswardrobe.com.au

My size is out of stock, when will you bring it back?

Generally, we don't have a restock schedule on our products but our most popular products get restocked more often. If you would like to request a restock of a particular style, please let us know and we can do all we can to get it for you.

Do you stock large cup sizes?

Yes! Depending on the style, our stocked bras can go up to a size G cup. Most full coverage and balconette style bras have cup sizes DD+. Please see our DD+ collection under the bras menu for the full range.

What shapewear should I get?

Shapewear is an excellent tool for women of all shapes and sizes and you can find the perfect shapewear for any occasion. See our full shapewear guide in the Genevieve's Wardrobe blog in the footer.

Do you ship Australia Wide?

We do! We have free shipping and Express shipping options available. All orders are also provided with a tracking code upon dispatch.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

Please check the processing and shipping time on our delivery page. If more time than expected has passed, contact us via the contact form or at info@genevieveswardrobe.com.au

I received a faulty item

As soon as you discover an item with a fault, please contact us immediately. We will need the items code and a description / photos of the fault.

I made a mistake on my order

If you ordered the incorrect item or put in incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately. We generally ship out orders same day or next day and we are unable to change details once a package has shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all shipping confirmation emails are sent with a tracking code so you know where your package is at all times. Please click the link in the email provided to track your package.
